Registration

In order to participate in the 5th IWCB 2026, a confirmed registration by the organisers is required. The International Workshop on Carnot Batteries, which will take place from 21 to 23 September 2026.

Registration is only possible via this website and will close on 5 September 2026. Late registrations will be considered only upon request.

Please provide full and correct information in the required fields during the registration process. Once you have completed your registration, you will automatically receive an email containing your registration details. The final confirmation of your participation and the invoice will be sent a few days later.

Participants must confirm that they will inform themselves about the pandemic regulations applicable on the day of the workshop.

Payment Guidelines

The participation fee for on-site participation is € 495 including VAT and includes: workshop presentations, hot/cold drinks during the workshop sessions and breaks, lunch, dinner on the second evening.

The fee for online participation is € 350 including VAT and only includes participation via a stream, without active participation.

The participation fee for students is € 150 including VAT. To apply for the student rate, you must explain why you would like the discount. Places are limited and will not be granted to speakers or poster presenters. Please contact us at tt-events-energy-storage@dlr.de quoting the subject line '5th IWCB 2026 | Student Admission'. We kindly request that you also forward a digital image of your student identification. Once we have received and verified your proof, you will receive an invitation code to register at the student fee rate.

Participants are obliged to pay the participation fee within 14 days under quoting the invoice number.

Amendments or cancellations regarding your participation must be sent via email to helpdesk@besl-eventagentur.de.
